1. Cumulative Performance till December, 2020
From its inception till December, 2020, UGC-Human Resource Development Centre of the University of Kashmir has conducted 84 General Orientation and 154 Refresher Courses that were attended by a total of 6282 college and university teachers. Besides these courses 29 short-term courses on different topics have also been conducted that were attended by a total of 1619 participants that included college principals, heads of departments and senior administrative officers of various educational institutions of the valley. Out of a total of 2472 participants that have attended 84 General Orientation Course conducted by the UGC-Human Resource Development Centre, 1680 were male and 792 were female whereas 2039 participants were from within and 433 from outside the valley of Kashmir. Similarly in case of 154 Refresher Courses conducted by the College so far, out of a total of 3810 participants, 2594 were male and 1216 were female participants whereas 2651 were from within and 1159 from outside the valley of Kashmir. During the session 2019-2020, UGC-Human Resource Development Centre of the University of Kashmir conducted two General Orientation, three Refresher and two short-term courses. Refresher Courses were conducted in the subjects of Sciences (subject-specific), Human Rights (Interdisciplinary) and Gender Studies (Interdisciplinary). Short-term courses include a week-long workshop on MOOCs, e-contents and open education resources and a short-term Course on Research Methodology in Social Sciences. A three-day Community Engagement Workshop was also conducted as part of 83rd General Orientation Course in collaboration with Mahatma Gandhi National Council of Rural Education (MGNCRE), Hyderabad.

1. Cumulative Performance of 2017-2018
Since its inception, UGC-Human Resource Development Centre of the University of Kashmir has so far conducted 78 General Orientation and 148 Refresher Courses that were attended by a total of 5757 college and university teachers. Besides these courses 26 short-term courses on different topics have also been conducted that were attended by a total of 1324 participants that included college principals, heads of departments and senior administrative officers of various educational institutions of the valley. Out of a total of 2179 participants that have attended 78 General Orientation Course conducted by the UGC-Human Resource Development Centre, 1457 were male and 722 were female whereas 1759 participants were from within and 420 from outside the valley of Kashmir. Similarly in case of 148 Refresher Courses conducted by the College so far, out of a total of 3578 participants, 2444 were male and 1134 were female participants whereas 2426 were from within and 1152 from outside the valley of Kashmir. During the session 2017-2018, UGC-Human Resource Development Centre of the University of Kashmir conducted Four General Orientation, four Refresher and two short-term courses. Refresher Courses were conducted in the subjects of Bio Science, Disaster Management, and Gender Studies, Other Course Special Summer School, and short term courses were conducted on Research Methodology in Sciences, Social Sciences
